Eye health is important. Please make sure your prescription (Power) is correct before placing your order. If you do not need vision correction, please select 0.00 (Plano).
If your left and right eye prescriptions are different, please order two pairs in the same color and select the appropriate prescription for each eye.
Please double-check your contact information, especially your email address. We will send order confirmations, tracking information, and important order updates via email.
Orders are usually processed within 24–48 hours. If your order has not shipped within 72 hours, please check your email for any order-related notifications.
If you need to modify your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
👁️ Wearing Instructions
1. Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling your lenses.
2. Make sure the lens is clean, intact, and correctly oriented before wearing.
3. Place the lens on your fingertip with the edges facing upward like a bowl.
4. Gently hold your upper and lower eyelids and place the lens softly onto the center of your eye.
5. Blink naturally to allow the lens to settle comfortably.
6. Remove the lenses at the end of each wear and clean and disinfect them before storing.
7. Do not sleep in your lenses unless specifically advised by an eye care professional.
💧 Monthly Lens Care
- Replace your lenses 1 month after opening, even if they have not been worn every day.
- Clean and disinfect the lenses after each wear using fresh contact lens solution.
- Always use fresh solution when storing your lenses. Do not reuse or top off old solution.
- Never rinse or store contact lenses in tap water.
- Store lenses in a clean contact lens case filled with fresh solution.
- Replace your contact lens case approximately every 3 months or as recommended by your eye care professional.
- Do not sleep, swim, or shower while wearing contact lenses.
- Always follow the wearing schedule and care instructions provided with your lenses or by your eye care professional.
- If you experience persistent discomfort, redness, irritation, or changes in vision, remove the lenses and consult an eye care professional.

If you receive a damaged lens, incorrect product, or another product quality issue, please keep the product, original packaging, and clear photos and contact us promptly.
Please note that the final appearance of colored contact lenses may vary depending on your natural eye color, lighting, photography, and screen settings. Slight color differences are not necessarily considered product defects.
